The garden vegetation is exceptional, with Aleppo pines, tall Eucalyptus trees, Mimosas in full bloom and many subtropical cacti, probably brought to the old continent by migratory birds thousands of years ago
Guests may walk straight from the property grounds along the path that runs along the seafront and leads to the gate giving access to the rocks of the FOSSETTE beach
It is also possible to take the Old Customs Footpath, known as the "The 3 meter stripe," or coastal path that runs along the seafront to the beach, which guests will find at the foot of the Villa through the terrace gate
