- Monthly or fortnight rental is available.
- Pets are not allowed due to the land which is not enclosed
- Cleaning: 120 € (to be paid directly to the cleaning provider)
- Refundable deposit: 800€
- 30% of the total sum is requested at the time of booking, the payment of the balance of your stay being paid at least 30 days before your arrival, as required by the lease sent to you. The rental price does not include cleaning fees, to be paid directly in cash to the cleaning provider on the day of your departure (120 Euro).
- Payment is generally accepted in Euro (EUR) unless a prior agreement between the owner and vacationer is made.
- A lease will be sent at the time of booking.
